1. General Terms
By accessing and using Tournament ID (tournament.id) services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
3. Ticket System
Tickets are virtual currency used in the Tournament ID platform. 1 Ticket = IDR 5,000. Tickets cannot be exchanged back to cash except under certain conditions governed by our refund policy.
4. Refund Policy
Ticket refunds can only be made if: (a) Tournament is cancelled by organizer, (b) Verified system error occurs, (c) Request is submitted within 24 hours after registration. Refunds will be processed as tickets to your account balance.
6. Organizer Responsibility
Organizers are responsible for: (a) Conducting tournaments according to schedule, (b) Providing prizes as promised, (c) Providing accurate tournament information, (d) Resolving disputes fairly. Tournament ID is not responsible for organizer negligence.
5. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from: (a) Cheating in tournaments, (b) Spreading illegal content, (c) Harassing other users, (d) Using fake or duplicate accounts. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tournament ID provides the platform as is. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
